Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return: email info@corgiclub.store with your order number. If approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (with proof of purchase).

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Not eligible for return

Sale items and gift cards are final sale. We also can’t accept returns on custom/personalized items, perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks may take a bit longer to post).

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the EU may be cancelled/returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are returned unused and in original condition.
