Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If shipping is charged separately, it will be clearly shown before you place your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update your address, email us as soon as possible at info@corgiclub.store. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with household members, your building staff, or neighbors first. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@corgiclub.store and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@corgiclub.store within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging
    We’ll make it right.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
